Room at the Top is a highly motivated and driven family run loft conversion company based in Leeds. Established in the North of England since 1987, we’ve converted hundreds of properties in the region on all types of homes. Room at the top was originally founded by Trevor Colman in 1987, which was passed to his son Matthew in 2000, the business is run by his grandson Jonathan. Like his father and grandfather before him, Jonathan is a qualified joiner and has had many years of practical experience in the industry. Jonathan is personally active in all parts of the day to day
running of the business from the construction of each and every conversion to consultations with prospective clients, he believes that this hands-on approach is the only way to ensure the high quality of every loft conversion built is maintained. We believe that listening to the needs of clients is paramount, and we pride ourselves on the quality of the service we provide. 90% of our work comes from satisfied customer referrals. All our men are time served craftsmen with years of knowledge in the loft conversion industry and we use the same local electricians and plumbers that we have used for years.
